We are proud to invite you to the inaugural Afro-Creole Languages Week, founded by legal advocate, UN Fellow, and campaigner Ifแบนฬ Thompson. Join educators, linguists, artists, policymakers, and community leaders from across Africa, the Caribbean, and the global Black diaspora as we come together to elevate, celebrate, and advance language justice for Afro-Creole languages worldwide.
Throughout the week, we will host a series of virtual events, panel discussions, keynotes, and interactive workshops to honour our shared linguistic heritage and ensure these living languages continue to thrive.
